I use methods from interdisciplinary workshops, coaching and co-creation to work with you to achieve results quickly.

Brand Strategy and Brand Architecture

Brands can easily lose their way among a multitude of alternatives. Together we create clarity about the purpose of the brand, positioning, brand architecture and identity. A brand needs a robust basis, to enable it to react to changes swiftly while maintaining growth.

Teamdevelopment

Systematic team development means consciously strengthening teams through clarity, trust and togetherness. It is a structured but lively process that focuses on collaboration, communication and shared goals. The aim is to promote not only performance, but also a sense of unity and the motivation of each individual. Through practical workshops, honest reflection and individually tailored measures, the focus is on both the human and organisational aspects of the team.

Claudia David,

I am passionate about helping people and organisations turn change into opportunity.

I have over 25 years’ experience and a proven track record in national and international brand development in a variety of markets and industries, as well as senior management experience in the USA, New Zealand, the Netherlands, Australia and Germany.

This extensive experience, combined with my training as a qualified leadership coach and team developer, has given me a deep practical understanding of local and international markets, cultures, people and organisations.

In 2016 I founded Opportunity Catalysts, a consulting network for and with companies, and in 2019 the OC Leadership Network, an exclusive, international peer-to-peer leadership group around transformation.
